Fixed Charge

$75 fee for travel diagnostic. That fee is charged for us to travel to your location, diagnose the issue with your machine. Once we have figured out the issue we will then give you the cost for your machine to be repaired. If you agree with the price we will move forward the same day repairing your machine on-site. $75 fee is to be paid up front online through our website or over the phone prior to our visit or once we arrive. That fee is non refundable for our time.

You will be charged a fix fee of $40 for pickup and $40 for delivery.

A storage fee of $5.00 per day will be assessed on all 22' or less mowers & 2-cycle equipment not picked up within 7 days of notification. All tractors and commercial mowers will be charged $10.00 per day.

There is a $40 diagnostic fee deposit for 22' or Less Lawn Mower & Handheld Equipment and $80 diagnostic fee deposit for Tractors, Large Mowers, Power Washers, Generators etc..

All deposits will go towards your repair if given approval to move forward with the repairs of your equipment. If no approval given all deposits are non refundable.
